EYES ON TARGET PUTT METHOD

The following technique has been tested on over 100 golfers of different
playing levels and further developed. It offers an improved degree of length control and retrievability in pressure situations, it integrates natural instincts and provides the brain with more information. The uninterrupted connection to the target sharpens the natural ability to dose the shot and shows significant improvements after just a few minutes. This method can also be observed on the PGA Tour with Jordan Spieth.

Background: In all sports where a target is to be hit, be it a goal, a basket, a target, a billiard pocket, a ball (boggia), bowling pins, dartboard.... the successful player's eye is ALWAYS connected to the target and fixates it during execution, regardless of whether it is throwing, shooting, hitting, pushing or whatever. Golf is the only exception, where the player looks beforehand and then blindly putts into the “invisible” and hopes that it was OK. The reason for this could be that it has been taught this way for over 100 years and most golfers have never tried it any other way. In the following 6 steps you will find a method that not only follows the principle of successful execution of all target sports, but also better suits the function of the brain:
